Who We Are
CrossBorder Quality Group formed in 1997 to respond to a market need for Controlled Shipping Level 2 (CS2) Containment. With three full-time employees and a rented 4,000-sq. ft. facility, we quickly became adept at providing our customers with inspection services they could depend on. Our customers' trust in our work led them to give us more and more opportunities to also provide light assembly, broadening the range of services we offered.
With our continued expansion came a need for more space, culminating in our building a state-of-the-art 40,000-sq. ft. facility in 2000. The past decade has also seen an increase in our employee base; we currently have seven full-time employees and a workforce of 30 to 60 available as our customers' needs require.
Perhaps the most significant indicator of our commitment to meeting our customers' needs is our continued growth: For nearly a decade, we've maintained a rate of growth of 25 to 30 percent yearly.
