• We're experienced in inspecting all kinds of material nonconformance. That includes selecting, separating and classifying components by methods and visual, Go/No-Go, electrical and dimensional inspections.
• We can handle your Controlled Shipping Level 2 (CS2) requirements.
• We offer in-house magnetic particle inspection (MPI), which detects cracks, laps, seams, inclusions, and other discontinuities on or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials.
• We collect daily the inspection data (Pareto chart of defects, for instance) and compile it into an electronic report for emailing or faxing to you.
• CrossBorder Quality can also act as your on-site quality consultant, representing you to your customers or prospects and maintaining communication between you and key plant personnel. We'll keep you up-to-date on your project with information on quality, production and materials-handling issues. Whether your parts need 10 or 40 hours of our time, we can dedicate it at one or all of your customer's plants.
